Non-bank loans for those in debt – what you should know

If you want to take a bank loan, you have to take into account that the lender will definitely check the current obligations of the future customer and assess his creditworthiness. If this is low and the customer has other loans and credits, then the loan application is usually rejected. However, this does not mean that you cannot receive financial support. The solution is non-bank loans for those in debt. What are they about and how can you apply for them?

Loan without BIK

Loan without BIK

It’s no secret that banks set many requirements before they grant credit. To reduce the risk of borrowing money, they carefully examine and analyze:

  • history of loan commitments,
  • loans
  • financial capacity
  • as well as other customer characteristics, e.g. age or number of dependents.

More on the subject of data in BIK can be found in the article – Characteristics of BIK – credit information processing and sharing.

Often, the analysis ends with the fact that the decision to grant the loan is denied. Especially if you have incorrect credit history (e.g. past due loans / advances) or other liabilities are being repaid. In such situations, cooperation with parabanks is worth considering. Their offer includes a loan without bases. This means that the loan company does not analyze the credit history and does not check the client in the debtors’ databases. Thanks to this, the non-bank loan for those in debt is almost at your fingertips. All you have to do is fill out the application and wait for decisions – this can come even within a few minutes, and money will be paid out just as quickly.

People with a negative credit history or without adequate creditworthiness can apply for payday loans without BIK and KRD in a bank.

Parabanks for indebted persons can also offer loans with a guarantor or against, for example, cars. Such a non-bank loan is available online and consists in the fact that in the event of non-payment of liabilities, the car (or other pledged item) passes to the lender. Please note that the amount of this type of loan for those in debt cannot be 100% of the value of the item. Most often, parabanks agree to pay a maximum of 80% of the value of the collateral. In addition, they specify other conditions, e.g. the need to insure the car with a third-party liability insurance policy, to carry out a roadworthiness test, etc.

You can find more about the operation and offer of parabanks in the article Parabanks what you need to know about non-bank companies.

Loan with a bailiff – what is it?

Loan with a bailiff - what is it?

A non-bank loan for indebted is a product that can also be used by persons with bailiff seizure. Obtained money can be used to pay the bailiff. Above all, those whose debt is not high have a high chance of obtaining funds. They must also have a stable source of income, e.g. retirement, disability, regular salary. The loan with the bailiff is usually granted in installments. Thanks to this, repayment of new debt is not severe. To avoid the bailiff taking over the cash, loans for the indebted are paid directly to their hand, and not transferred to a bank account. The procedure takes place at the client’s home, and a loan agreement with the lender is also signed. It should be noted that parabanks grant loans with a bailiff without creditworthiness testing and database verification, thanks to which everyone has a chance to obtain it.
